My Memory Book orders are shipped directly to the customer by Canada Post and must be paid online at the time of ordering (there is a charge for shipping). Soft books, calendars and greeting cards will be delivered by regular mail and hard cover books will be delivered by express post.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes after you have uploaded your album file, and filled out all of the shipping and payment information screens. For this reason, it is imperative that you check and double-check your album before making your order.
Once you've uploaded your order and completed the payment procedure, your order is automatically taken into production and it is not possible to cancel your order at this point.
